Noblesville has been raking in business:
200 more jobs moving from California to Noblesville, Indiana. Noblesville has been on a tear lately. New event center, USA Gymnastics, this, big infrastructure investments, etc. https://t.co/UuHhe7qJU6

From The Hamilton County Reporter:
SMC Corporation of America announced plans on Thursday, Oct. 2 to transition all operations of AP Tech from its Napa, Calif., facility to SMC’s headquarters in Noblesville. The Napa facility will close on Dec. 2, following a 60-day transition period.
Napa-based employees are being offered relocation:
As part of the transition, all Napa-based AP Tech employees will be offered the opportunity to apply to relocate to Noblesville and continue contributing to the company’s future. SMC will provide resources and support to employees throughout this process.
Indiana continues to be one of the most business-friendly environments:
“The investments required to keep Napa operating would limit our ability to invest in our people and the growth of our business as a whole,” Stacy said. “By consolidating into our Noblesville headquarters, we can better align our teams, improve collaboration, and enhance the value we bring to customers worldwide.”
That's business-speak for "we can't afford to continue operations here".
